For self-pay clients, session fees typically range from $140–$180, depending on the therapist’s experience and credentials. Insurance coverage varies based on your specific plan, including whether you have a copay or a deductible to meet. The best way to confirm coverage is to call the number on the back of your insurance card and provide our practice information; they can let you know if we are in-network and what your out-of-pocket cost would be. You are also welcome to contact us directly — we can help provide an estimate based on your insurance provider.

Individual therapy sessions are typically 45-55 minutes long. The frequency of sessions varies depending on your needs and goals — many clients start with weekly or biweekly appointments, though some may benefit from an alternative schedule. Your therapist will work with you to create a plan that best supports your progress and fits your schedule.

Finding the right therapist is a personal process, and it’s important to feel comfortable, heard, and supported. All of our therapists are licensed and trained in evidence-based practices, but each has their own style and areas of expertise. If you’re unsure which therapist might be the best fit or who you’d like to schedule with, feel free to reach out — we can help match you with someone we believe will be a good fit for your needs.
After you’re scheduled, your therapist will personally reach out to introduce themselves and answer any questions you may have.

In your first session, your therapist will take time to introduce the process, answer any questions, and review any necessary paperwork so you feel comfortable and prepared. You’ll have the chance to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to work on. Together, you and your therapist will create a plan to guide your work and support your goals. To make the most of your session, please submit any paperwork ahead of time and bring your insurance card. We want your first visit to feel welcoming, informative, and a strong start to your journey.
