What We Offer

We offer compassionate, evidence-based counseling services that support mental health, healing, and personal growth in a warm, welcoming environment.

  • Individual counseling provides a supportive, one-on-one space to focus on your mental health, emotional well-being, and personal growth. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions, therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Children and adolescents face unique emotional and developmental challenges, and counseling can offer a safe space to process feelings and build healthy coping skills. Therapy may support concerns such as anxiety, behavior challenges, emotional regulation, school stress, or family changes. Sessions are developmentally appropriate and may incorporate play, creativity, and collaboration with caregivers to support growth both in and outside of therapy.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and trauma-informed counseling help individuals process distressing experiences in a safe, supportive way. This approach can be effective for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and other experiences that feel “stuck” or overwhelming. Trauma therapy focuses on helping the nervous system find stability while working toward healing, resilience, and a renewed sense of control.

  • Family and couples counseling focuses on improving communication, strengthening relationships, and navigating conflict in a healthy way. Therapy provides a neutral space to better understand patterns, repair trust, and work toward shared goals. Whether you’re facing ongoing conflict, life transitions, or relationship stress, counseling can help create more connection and understanding.

  • Supervision and consultation services are available for clinicians seeking support, growth, and professional development. These services provide a collaborative space to explore clinical cases, strengthen skills, and navigate ethical or professional challenges. Supervision is tailored to your experience level and goals, with an emphasis on thoughtful guidance, competence, and confidence in clinical practice.

Our Process

01. Connect

We start by getting to know you — your story, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. From the beginning, we focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected.

02.Collaborate

Together, we identify patterns, strengths, and areas of concern. We’ll collaborate on a personalized treatment plan that reflects your needs, pace, and values.

03. Heal

Through evidence-based approaches, we work on processing experiences, building coping skills, and strengthening emotional resilience—always with sensitivity to past trauma and nervous system safety.

04.Grow

As progress unfolds, we focus on integration and long-term growth—supporting you in maintaining gains, increasing confidence, and moving forward with clarity and purpose.

  • “But part of getting to know yourself is to unknow yourself–to let go of the limiting stories you’ve told yourself about who you are so that you aren’t trapped by them.”

    —Lori Gottlieb

  • "Mental health problems don’t define who you are. They are something you experience. You walk in the rain and you feel the rain, but, importantly, you are not the rain."
